tonberryking 05/19/19 2:25:23 AM #1:	Wow, 50 days sober now. I just got my medical exam results from last month and my blood pressure has gone down. Good thing because I was worried about it. My weight went up a bit but my waistline seems to have gone down. I've been hitting the gym and I look a lot more toned again, and now that I'm not drinking I don't feel so bad when I might have a snack or two. I'm not always tired and I can get through the stress of the day better. Just quit drinking.
