Well let's say it lost all momentum. Books are flat surfaces, not ramps. There's no way the ball would've continued rolling down as there was no longer a ramp to follow. And yes I'm applying real world physics because that is largely how the murders operated. This is the first one where you have to throw physics out the window for it to work.

Not really lol. She didnt betray Hajime or try to set him up to take the fall. She was just trying to save everyone and get rid of the mastermind. Its a very different situation ---
