IIRC, Mitsuru (well technically 6th depending on how you count Fuuka) is the 5th to join and she doesn't join until after Fuuka does which is mid June/the second Full Moon Operation. So it's later by like a week. Later than P5 though, yeah, think you can get Yusuke in Mid May if you do the Palace ASAP.
