That being said, I had to take care of some issue with our water heater last summer and the physical manual was ruined cause it was left outside. It was bit of a hassle to find out who the manufacturer was and which model we had but eventually managed to call the right number and resolve the issue. Interesting enough both the PDF manual and even some YouTube guides didn't cover the issue --- "You must gather your party before venturing forth" "Go for the eyes Boo! Go for the eyes!" ...
