This topic is just wat. Dreams dont mean anything other than what your brain potentially making up scenarios that you might find yourself in and should guard against.
Highly disagree (although there was a time when I would have agreed with you), my dreams have been strangely prophetic this past year in such a way that I don't understand it until later. #Synchronicity
I'm not religious but I'm learning how to be spiritual, and it's odd... the more I ask questions like "what's the point" or "should I really be doing this" the more my dreams seem to respond. It's like getting to read a page out of a gigantic storybook every night, but the story is my life, or in some odd cases, other lives.
My dreams have told me when people in my family are about to get sick or receive good fortune, and in one case I won $100 off a scratch off lottery ticket by scratching $5 off repeatedly, just the way I did in my dream. Incredibly detailed readings.
I have a cousin who is autistic (and a really good, honest friend of mine) and I had a dream he was really upset at a demon or something and was screaming "Rebuke, rebuke!" I told this to my mom, who was shocked because she was at her sister's house the night before I had this dream and he had actually been reading a bible quote to his mom that said something something "repent, repent."
Exploring consciousness really has me convinced we're in some kind of simulation.
Sorry to revive an old thread but this is pretty interesting. I still am thinking that you are interpreting your dream as having a deeper meaning than it might have, after a very similar event happened. You said its when you ask, whats the point and should I be doing this? so it makes me think about the collective unconscious. ---
