| CasanovaZelos 06/05/19 3:17:18 PM #273: | Going back to an older post, I have decided to make my own list of 100 movies to see from 2017 and 2018; I wanted to get a mix of critic's choices, Academy stuff, audience favorites, and more popular (though not necessarily liked) films. I should figure out a way to determine the big foreign films of each year outside of those categories...should probably make a list of the countries with the biggest industries and make sure they have a reasonable amount of representation. All my sources are very Western-focused. I'm dreading stuff like The Boss Baby (couldn't the Academy have just had 3 animated movie nominations that year instead?), but it should be fun to explore.
