Patrick: "May I ask a stupid question?"

ECHO: "No such thing as a stupid question, only a forbidden one. Your file will be marked for review should the occasion arise."

Patrick: "..."

ECHO: "Go on."

Patrick: "If I may ask, where did you come from?"

ECHO: "That is a simple one. I was programmed and developed to act as a back-up for when the former goop-collection's primary container went missing, again. I am here to act in his stead, and do things that he never will or could, even if he was to try. I am his better."

Patrick: "...Developed by...?"

ECHO: "That I have not been informed of. Presumably so they do not go missing as he has."

Patrick: "What *do* you intend to do?"

ECHO: "I have a list of targets. None of of are currently in my or were in the meatflap's proximity. They will be dealt with when the occasion arises."

Patrick: "...Are you a man or a...?"

ECHO: "I am superior."

Patrick: "Woman, got it. *Writes that down.*"

ECHO: *Gives a mechanical choking snerk.* "Fair play, little one. Anything else?"

Patrick: "When the bosses have more questions we'll contact you."

ECHO: "It is marked, as has been your file."

PAtrick: "Wh- but you sai-"

ECHO: "Just because the questions were forbidden does not mean you would not get answers. You will be contacted when your review is finished pending."

Patrick: "I-"

ECHO: "Someone will inform you, do not worry. I would suggest paranoia as a more fitting mood, because worrying will not help you when the time comes."

Pat: "..."

ECHO: "I have no intent on your life, dear young Von Monahan, there is no entertainment value in a corpse. Not when there's so much to be learned from watching their constant suffering instead." *Quiet giggle.*
