It's why Raines has to be slot 3, and I also equip Alma's USB staff on Hope to lessen the stops (don't really need the extra magic anymore since Lunar Dragon is out anyway.) Even with OK being an entrustbot he still needs a mind boosting weapon to shake off stops.
