Not knowing a lot about the case, but being fairly familiar with the so-called 'Lionel Hutz' its worth noting that Funimation did a previous investigation related to the issue and found Vic to not have done anything wrong. So there's that. It's also worth specifying that Vic is suing the people who have been calling conventions telling them not to let Vic show up. That's fucked, and looks to be likely interference with their work and/or contract. That's the basis of the lawsuit.
