Here's a leaked episode list from a year ago with 39 episodes that at the time was listed as probably fake but has so far kept up perfectly albeit very poorly translated. Furthermore, 39 is the number used for the upcoming DVD/Blu-Ray box set, and those definitely don't include recaps in the number if they're even included at all.
