Obama expanded on Bush's drone strike program even though his own pentagon found that it killed the wrong people 90% of the time. He also expanded the failed war on terror to 7 countries. His attack against whistle blowers paved the way for Trump's attacks on the media. As pointed out in this topic, he also had camps at the border.
