Cable Rating: 64/100 The problem with Cable is that there are vastly more terrible Cable stories than good ones, but it's not necessarily a fault of the construction of the character. In fact, writers seem to fawn over the idea of glorifying the 90s Liefeld style excess with Cable any time they get their mitts on the poor guy. There are instances where Cable is allowed to transcend the era-specific quality issues to participate in some genuinely enjoyable stories, and I always see a lot of potential there for him to become someone mature and complex. --- "It is too easy being monsters.
