I can't do this total stealth mission. I need a countermeasure for their helmets. I use my whole suppressor taking down just a few enemies.

Who makes these things, btw? Can't we find a better supplier? Or stick a few in my pockets?

*shrugs*

You can do a deployment mission that knocks down the amount of helmets you see. Its a destroy storage shed one. You just have to wait dor it to finish. Its like 30 minutes or an hour i forget. But iirc its effects last up to 3 missions

Also there is a chicken hat exploit. Get the chicken hat enough times during missions it should totally reset all of that bacl the way it was at the beginning of the game

Thats how this game works btw if you havent noticed you do something enough times enemies start to take counter measures. Headshot enough people you see more helmets. Do enough night missions night vision goggles appear. Use snipers alot they counter by placing their own snipers

Oh I see. I thought this gear just appeared in general as you did more missions or sidequests.

Since literally every mission I do is at night, that explains why there are so many NVGs.

Yeah there should be some boxes showing up in your idrod while in the acc. Forget where but clearly is low white is medium and red heavy. Only symbol I remember is the helmet one. Should look like a helmet.

But yeah they wanted a the enemies adapt to you thing. Sounds cool on paper. Its just ok in execution

In theory, it forces the player to use new tactics regularly, but they screwed that up when they screwed everything else up by bringing back the heroism system.

Plus, it's usually not that much harder to just pop them in the face in reflex mode. Though the full welder helmets are a challenge... But they're not all that common. At least not yet.
