Good luck actually assassinating somebody in it. You just get sneak attacks and then still have to fight them. You just aren't building up your assassination damage enough if that is the case. I have no problem assassinating pretty much anything except mercs and bosses. Even then, I can still take off like 3/4 of their health with one attempt. If you try fighting way above your level even grunt enemies don't go down in an assassination. You're not supposed to fight enemies way above your level. --- What's the difference between a pickpocket and a peeping tom?
