Last I checked though regarding dubs, Netflix doesn't actually do them. They get the license, and tell the provider to handle setting up the dub themselves. That's what happened with AICO, which had one of the worst dubs ever created, and ended up being completely redone as a result. This may have actually changed recently as a direct result of the AICO fiasco, I don't know of it was Netflix that handled the redub themselves, and it would make sense of that resulted in a policy shift.
