Cammy has a large role in the story of the series, and was available at release in Street Fighters 4 and 5. Due to her, um, appealing design and fan favorite status in the series, I think she will be quite a bit stronger than Guile. Low Midcarder for Cammy. Tony Hawk is Mid Fodder. I only have him getting to Mid Fodder out of nostalgia for the good, early games in the series. I don't think that many people actually PLAYED as Tony himself in the games either. The last time the Tony Hawk series was relevant, it was for the wrong reasons when Pro Skater 5 came out. Pauline is Mid Fodder. She would easily be low fodder prior to Super Mario Odyssey, but that game did a lot for making her actually matter for a lot of people.
