I'm not at all surprised karlpilkington doesn't understand why asking people out on the clock is a big faux pas

Don't know the poster but yeah, asking women out at their job is not cool. Chat a bit and give her your number, TC.

Gotta disagree with this advice. Randomly giving her your number is going to set yourself up for an even more awkward situation because if she isn't interested, you just gave your number to someone you'll see multiple times in the future who hasn't called you. It's kind of a half assed way to ask someone out.

Just ask her out. Disregard the whole "don't ask her out at work" mentality because unless you have a good chance of seeing her outside of work, you will never get the opportunity.

I guarantee there are plenty of relationships that started by someone being asked out at their job that otherwise would have never formed. Everyone is different and not everyone will be bothered or thrown off by being asked out by a customer. Just be confident and respectful and take the fucking shot.

Exactly. .

I already gave one video example of a guy doing getting a girls number at work. Here's another. You'll note the girl is not freaked out, or bothered. Quite the opposite. Your advice should not be taken at all.
