I'd say so long as said applicant meets the physical and mental demands, age shouldn't be a major factor. I'm not exactly a good comparison but some folks older than me, including a mentor in his 60's, I'd say is overall physically stronger than me. Once again the law proves that only the government is allowed to violate the Constitution. I believe its the 14th Amendment and all that... Equal protection, anyone...? --- Que sera, sera.
