Apparently, a limitation in Priest is card draw. Who knew?

Limitations: These are aspects that might show up a few times in a class, but they are very limited in power level and the number of cards.

I think having one card that situationally draws cards in a way that reinforces the classs major theme still fits their definition of limitation. After a quick glance at the other Priest cards, I think this is the only one that can draw more than one card except for the legendary that draws a bunch of 1-drops.

the Mage example is similar... yeah Khadgar combined with some other stuff will make a swarm, but (I think) thats about the only thing theyve got for that. I think their point is they wont make a Mage spell thats like make 5 1/1 elementals

...also I think they were making the list and realized Mage had no significant limitation, so maybe after this re-evaluation they wont make anything else like Khadgar
