Some of his forms are clearly full-body shapeshifting (see Johnbobb's gifs), some he changes color, and for many more he grows hair, dog ears, fur, etc. (which is partial shapeshifting, and would be questionable if it stood alone, but in combination with the others I think is plenty). Also for whatever it's worth I saw Kirby nominated and thought "ooh that's a good one" and didn't think to question whether it counted until this debate came up. --- another place and time, without a great divide, and we could be flying deadly high ...
