He already served 2 months behind bars for flouting his curfew after a VICE journalist bumped into him and conducted an impromptu interview The Vermont native was acquitted in 2015 for RAPING a 15 y/o classmate as part of a "Senior Salute", a game of sexual conquest in 2014 when he was 18 The student, Chessy Prout waived anonymity ad spoke publicly about the assault in 2016 and has since became an advocate for sexual assault survivors and co wrote "I have the right to: A High School Survivor's Story of Sexual Assault, Justice and Hope" The Senior Salute, is a group of 8 boys in a dorm at St. Paul's School who competed to have their names put on a crown for sexual conquest whereby a senior would email a girl to see if she'd meet up with him He met with Prout and subsequently sexually assaulted her in a school building as Prout's sister found out about it and reported it to their parents and then to the school ad police. Chessy claimed he had raped her as DNA showed evidence of his DNA on her underwear. Although he was acquitted of rape, a jury found him guilty of misdemeanor sexual assault charges and endangering the welfare of a child. He was also convicted of using a computer to lure an underage student for sex and required him to register as a sex offender He requested an appeal on these charges but was rejected. New Hampshire's Supreme Court denied a request for a new trial despite his "star studded legal team" His family were WORRIED about his safety behind bars as they were disappointed he had to go to jail for this.
