I want to like it but it really seems like this song just doesn't really know what it wants to be. It just doesn't quite connect because it's in this odd space of feeling like it's trying to be 90s but also not because it was 2001 and apparently anisongs were going through a transitional period then. Vocals are hit or miss too, predictably.

eh. I have very moderate familiarity with the music of UT fangames and while I respect that this one tried to go for some kind of specific approach, it failed to grab me at all.

It's acceptable, but it definitely could be better for what it is.
Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number - Acid Spit - 4
The most ambitious song of the four from the last couple of days, but held back a lot by how annoying that one synth dominating the first half of the song is.
