Topic	People who tell you the time in minutes after/until-the-hour are the worst

Okay cool since things are usually due for me on fridays, Ill start referring to everything relative to that. What day is it? Two till Friday. What day is it? One past. Payday is on the first of the month. When is your rent due? Two after the first. My birthday is in February. What month is Flag Day? Four after two. Thats obviously dumb. Its easier, more effient, and takes a lot less effort to say what you mean exactly, then to give roundabout answers. Its not about telling time how I want it told, its about telling time in a standard way thats most precise and accurate with as little unnecessary detail as possible. You can say that if you want. And if thats usually how you tell people stuff, then that fine. But if were talking specifically about time, thats how some stuff operates. When people have scheduled times by which to do things at work. Some will say 10 til 2 if 2 is when somethings done. And since time is asked pretty often and they could have stuff due at different times during the day, it could be something they get use to saying. Very easily, too. Still doesnt change that they literally have you an answer thats not the riddle you make it out to be... Also, its not always easier. 10 til is much quicker than saying X:50. And probably much easier for them see on they time telling device if its analog. And its not about telling you the time the way you want it. Its about telling you the time.
