Sometimes low hanging fruit tastes the best. When someone is enthusiastic signing up for a game and then doesn't actually play, in my experience it's because they rolled scum. A lot of people dislike or struggle playing scum. Maybe they'll be replaced or maybe they just have a get out of day one free card, but so it goes
