Being scared of a woman with an education is pretty typical for this site ngl

I prefer educated women. Less trashy in general, though this isn't always the case.

However, having multiple bachelor's degrees (in contrast to a couple bachelors, or masters, or PhDs) hints at several things, granted she didn't do multiple related majors in one pop or get multiple degrees from a single program.

First, it hints at a mountain of debt. If you're looking for something that might become serious, her debt inevitably becomes your debt should you marry her.

Second, if her degrees do not somewhat relate and she's not a significantly older woman that's had a couple career changes throughout her life, it suggests she hasn't been able to focus on a single career trajectory for long, and has lacked the capacity to leverage her existing credentials and studiousness towards moving to a different sector without shelling out for formal reeducation.

Or worse, her degrees lack economic viability to the point where none of them are particularly useful beyond peculiar esoteric domains, on top of the previous points.
