That's not the end of the story. What are we supposed to do with the thousands of illegals that we catch? We need a holding facility while we confirm identities and figure out what their stories are. We aren't just going to let every single person through--a lot of them are human traffickers, gang members, smugglers, etc. On top of that, we need to know who lives in our country.
