| half_silver28 06/26/19 6:19:05 PM #6: | Meowth is a Low Midcarder. Just being a gen 1 pokemon is enough to have some strength, and the anime helps Meowth out a lot. But Meowth wasn't really popular in the games themselves. George Washington is Fodder Line. Honestly hard to judge, but I don't see him beating anyone who could be considered a midcarder. Assassin's Creed and Civ are not that popular on Gfaqs, and I doubt anyone from outside the US will vote for him. CJ I honestly think is High Fodder. San Andreas had decent strength in the 2015 game tournament, and did better than Vice City. Plus there are several memes associated with C.J. like following the train and "Aw sh**, here we go again".
