That's horrible and the kid should get the worst punishment he can for his crimes. Though I'm not really entirely sure why she's suing the school distinct over her attack. They could have done more about the bullying situation but I don't really see how that makes them at fault for the attack on her. It didn't even happen at the school. Like if this happened to the kid at the school then I could see why there'd be a lawsuit but this is...ehhh. Seems kind of like her lawyer is taking advantage of her to get some easy money from a big public lawsuit.
