Though I'm not really entirely sure why she's suing the school distinct over her attack. They could have done more about the bullying situation but I don't really see how that makes them at fault for the attack on her. It didn't even happen at the school. Like if this happened to the kid at the school then I could see why there'd be a lawsuit but this is...ehhh. Seems kind of like her lawyer is taking advantage of her to get some easy money from a big public lawsuit. So she went to the school ad complained and demanding to know why the school never told her about the abuse. The VP admitted that he should have called but that he was "busy" She said it was a woefully inadequate response and "My bad" is not a good excuse and the VP REFUSED to s uspend the student before the attack who said that boy had "just as much right to an education as her son" --- ...
