Topic	Mexican NJ Mother is BRUTALLY ATTACKED by her Son's 13 y/o RACIST BULLY!!

A school being lazy to deal with a bullying situation does make them responsible for attacks that happen outside of school grounds against people that aren't even students. If it did every school in the world would be sued into oblivion because you could blame them for practically every violent crime committed by a minor.
