He's lucky he didn't land on his head. He easily could've gotten a concussion from that or worse. The only reason a pass is given to the performer here is BECAUSE this can be framed as a social rights issue. That was a small stage he wasnt going to get seriously injured. And if he did I wouldnt feel bad for him. He had it coming interrupting the performance. It being a LGBTQ performance isnt why I say this either.
