For all the shittalking he does, he is a huge pussy. He is still bitching about the Halloween stream from 8 months ago about how his chat treated Kat, even though he was well warned before that. Beyond not doing it because of potentially getting trolled, what would he even have to offer for a private stream? It would basically be another "special event" stream, with Phil spending the entire time whining about how the trolls/YouTube/the world in general fucked him over, and the best way you can help him right now is to tip him. If Kat did appear, Phil would spend an hour rehashing how it's Tevin's fault she doesn't want to come on camera anymore.
