If you use him on a beast team, he needs to be away from the beasts so they can transform, but his strong Atk means you actually don't want him to be sitting back doing supporting all day, but he's supposed to make your beasts do all the dirty work What a waste of a refine on Raigh. He needs a god-tier refine to be good, like double Atk/Spd Solo @Lopen, your boy is getting a refine.
