Hyperactive kid characters in RPG's intrinsically have to work a lot harder to get me to care about them and Millium isn't anywhere near making up for that natural handicap by having marginally more intrigue behind her. Laura isn't that high in my Cold Steel rankings either tbh but I do really like her character design. --- Oh woops.
