On the other hand, the restaurant is out of Phil's comfort zone, and it's probably best for him to just tip the server so they don't fuck with him in some way. I wonder how often he sends food back or tries to get a refund. Do you think he uses coupons? I hope he does, since he's so broke I would say no to the coupon question. He's so bad with money that he's not going to care about saving a few dollars here or there. I remember when someone called him out on being broke and still drinking bottled water instead of tap water, and Phil said it didn't matter because cases of bottled water were only a few bucks each.
