I mean, isn't King Crimson basically just a better version of The World, aside from the fact that Diavolo apparently can't attack within the skipped time itself? Which, to be fair, is a significant limitation, but even though Gold Experience itself seems pretty arbitrary in what it can do and the blood drop counting to detect stand usage and maybe be able to avoid some attacks, I'm not sure what Giorno could actually do?
