I know I should get better shoes though. That's funny I thought the same thing when I saw those pics...Cute shots... But ya, you need better hiking shoes. Go for Addidas with some Gore-tex. Either way, get something with Gore-tex and more grip. You don't need to be slipping, rolling an ankle, or getting a blister due to wet chaffing. Side note: I wasn't going to get into all that, but because someone brought it up....I will!!
