It took a few more tries but I got there in the end and I didn't even have any massive damage triplecasts in awakened mode (I had one before using the awakening which did help build the first chain... but it didn't do a ton of damage and the second chain is by far the more important one). Rydia is amazing and complements Shantotto quite well here - Shantotto dishes out massive damage in awakened more if Odin's rage is zero and/or chain is high. But Rydia can reliably break rage mode 3 even with a low chain count, which Shantotto can't do. The most frustrating thing about this team comp is having only one lightning summon (6* OR 5*) that Rydia claims, leaving Garnet and Elarra both wishing they had one. This definitely feels like a big accomplishment. One down, seven to go. --- I made a living on time trial blowing myself off to cross the finish line at ludicrous speed. -transience ...
