Topic	How come some people choose not to retire?

I think even when I am able to afford retirement, I'd still want to work part-time, just to keep my mind on something and meeting other people on a regular basis. I've met people who do that in their late seventies and early eighties who come off as more energetic than people in their early seventies who haven't done shit since retiring.
