He's slow as fuck so if you can easily out run him He takes ages to wind up his swing and poses after striking, so if he does get close just bait and dodge him, then run away. Despite being amusing don't shoot his hat off as this changes his animations and makes him more likely to double strike rather than adjust his hat. You can down him with several headshots but there is no benefit in doing so, it wastes ammo and he gets back up sharpish Listen out for his footsteps and you'll always know he is coming and where he is coming from. His AI is literally patrolling the station and he can hear you. So if you can't see him/know he is nearby but he hasn't seen you, don't shoot and dont run and there's a good chance he won't find you.
