Titan, Re:Zero, and Goblin Slayer are nothing like one another outside of a vague notion that 'every now and then, bad stuff happens' (and that's barely true for Goblin Slayer). I mean yeah Berserk is Goblin Slayer times 100 but Berserk with a proper adaptation would be the best anime ever, so. Goblin Slayer is trashy but most anime is. Anime in general is just sitting through trashy moments until you get to the parts you like.
