Something else I think they should do (but I doubt they ever will) is do a "Borderline Investigations" show (aka the Nightstalkers). Private detective agency, investigating supernatural crimes and fighting vampires - it's basically the X-Files meets Angel. Your core cast are Frank Drake (a human descendant of Dracula, a former spoiled rich dude who hunts vampires), Hannibal King (a private detective-turned vampire who refuses to feed on humans and who uses his powers to hunt down monsters), and Blade (who is, you know... Blade).

Yes, I'm familiar with the Nightstalkers even though I think I only ever had a few of the comics. I would certainly be down for something like that, given that I follow countless horror shows.

Speaking of horror continuity, I continue to be disappointed by the failure to really get the Universal Monsters Cinematic Universe off the ground. It's stupid because that HAS worked in the past, first for Universal and, as you bring up, Hammer as well.
