Although I'm not sure what they would think "adequately compensated" entails

basically the market value+ residuals/"royalties" for any future work using my DNA. Since I am alive and can probably claim rights to the portion of the DNA they are cloning. This is obviously tricky because like people share a lot of DNA in common so not sure how this would work. I say "market value" but If they approached me I can assume they've vetted a ton of people and came to me for whatever reason. I mean let's say that they came across my DNA and it happens that it's like just the right type to be cloned and other's DNA, even if it's a tiny bit off, fail for some reason. So if I'm an early subject I'd probably have a lawyer start to negotiate this as pricing would be unprecedented. If I was in a future wave of subjects I would probably still just have a lawyer do this, but my acceptance would depend more on what the value was put at.

I'd also probably require them to give me legal representation for an extended period of time, and extend it to cases where the company changes hands or is absorbed into another company type deal. This is mainly because having a clone could probably cause some issues.
