CIA tells Bane and his men that the flight plan only lists one prisoner. He acts like he's going to throw the rest off the plane, presumably to scare the prisoners into giving him the information he wants. However, since he doesn't actually throw anyone off the plane, one could argue that he was bluffing and intended to keep them all on board. In that case, he would have listed three prisoners in the flight plan. Bane appears to call him on his bluff when he questions the logic of shooting a man before throwing him out of a plane.

The problem with this theory is that at the end of the scene, Bane says that the agency only expects one prisoner in the Wreckage Brother. When they crash the plane with no survivors, there is indeed only one prisoner inside. This makes it seem like Bane takes CIA at his word when CIA says the flight plan only lists "one of you". Furthermore, even though authorities investigate the crash (as we learn during a conversation about Dr. Pavel being found dead), no discrepancy in the body count is mentioned, which makes it seem like CIA really did list only one prisoner.

There's evidence on both sides. What do you think? Does the flight plan list one prisoner, three, or some other number?
