Todd Carmichael, a Pennsylvania CEO said Wyoming Valley West School District REJECTED his offer to pay off the debt from parents who owed $22,000 in oustanding lunch bills because they don't accept BAILOUTS for parents that SHOULD be able to afford lunches for their kids!!
