Not being able to afford one's children is like the single most meaningful reason they should go somewhere they'll be cared for. If these people can't afford their kids' food, or can't even be bothered to apply for the free program, imagine in what other ways these children could be neglected.

I forget packed lunch isn't a thing. Also having trouble paying for school lunches is far from child neglect. You clearly have no idea what real victims of child abuse go through and this school seems to think it's some kind of game with the way they are acting. I stand by what I said.
