While II and III are indeed all new relics, Firion and especially Luneth are unlikely to see use in any of your elemental teams. Tidus USB and AOSB would be a major boon to your water team. I second pulling on all elemental banners. And do that before picking a Full Throttle set. There's always a chance for something great, and you look like you could still benefit from a lot of relics. Edit: You didn't ask, but I suggest picking up Bartz USB whenever you get 1000 Tier 3 lenses.
