It makes your water team better right now and it's somewhat future proof (20 hit AOSBs are way better than 3 hit, and his USB has a chase + IC1 so it can be compatible with an awakening in theory). My own choice is harder than I thought. All along I was planning to grab XII because I don't have any of the items, I need the instant medica for torment, and Vaan's USB seemed pretty good. But now I realized I don't have any of the 5 items either (I thought Lenna's was a dupe) and Bartz's AOSB seems way better than Vaan's (4 elements and 4 en-elements when Vaan has 0). VI is also a contender because Locke has a 20 hit AOSB and I don't have his USB either (I have almost all his other stuff including chain), but Relm's USB is a dupe. I think I probably have to go for V now right? Even though Lenna's USB isn't really useful and I do still need a medica for XII. --- I made a living on time trial blowing myself off to cross the finish line at ludicrous speed. -transience ...
