VOTING RULES:

1) Three matches will run per day, for a period of 24 hours. After Winners Round 1, both Winners Bracket and Losers Bracket will run simultaneously until the conclusion of Winners Round 3, where Losers Bracket will take both matches for a short time at some points to keep both at roughly the same place. Snubs bracket matches will take the third match for a majority of the contest. A rough schedule that doesn't account for tiebreakers can be found in the contest spreadsheet.

2) Each match will be between the songs representing each game, not the game as a whole. Please remember to listen and vote with this in mind! Any votes referring to a game name rather than a song name will not be counted. You have been warned! In special cases where the game and song name are the same, the match thread rules will state you must vote for "[Song Name] (song)".

3) If you change your mind and would like to swap your vote in a given match, you may do so as long as the match is still running. As soon as it is 24 hours since the match topic was started, you may not change your vote and new votes will not be counted.

The time is almost here.... the first matches begin at 10pm EST on Monday, August 5th! (Which is today in my timezone... oh boy, it's coming fast) For a little preview as to the first few days, here are our first matches:
