Back in your first tenure, yeah the free agency postings were like 30-50% shorter. However, various rules had to be implemented and advice doled out explicitly that has made it a little bloated since you left.

If people are certain they won't violate anything and otherwise know what they are getting into, then I would be willing to cut out that stuff for future free agencies.

I only skim for the stuff I don't remember, but I'm assuming you're just copying and pasting it, so if it isn't any more work for you to post it, I like having all the info on-hand for the refresher.
